Lists are not featureless. There are lists for situations, for example a shopping list. There are entertaining lists, like the list of all the characters in the book “The Lord of the Rings”. There are lists of people in a division, lists of divisions in a company, lists of companies in their field of activity. There are lists of criteria that need to be met, or lists of actions that need to be done.

This blog will focus on the last of the mentioned lists. People love to automate or use artificial intelligence to solve problems, but even a simple list contains extraordinary power, which we will look at from different angles.
